That means not so much but implicvate that 2 Cents is bottom here, there was lot of accumulating lately at 2 Cents, when things start to be positive that will be very Big resistance, so any kind of sell at 2 cents will be buy. I ask myself when we will finally start to see buying at 2,5 cents.
