Midas Gold is looking for acquisitions

According to Haywood Securities Midas is looking to acquire one company. This could be very good chance for Premium Exploration to merge with MAX and finally finish with all these financing problems.

I hope that this is for real and that soon they will put some kind of take over offer to us. Hopefully All shares offer but that is the most probbale since they have only $12 Millions left. Finger crossed!!!
