11:29 AM EDT, 10/31/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Pretium Resources (PVG.TO) is down 17% after it reported Q3 2019 (all in US$) net earnings of $6.3 million,$0.03 per share, compared to net earnings of $10.7 million, $0.06 per diluted share, for Q3 2018.

Adjusted net earnings were $34 million, $0.18 per adjusted share. The company had reported adjusted earnings of $26.3 million, or $0.14 per adjusted share, for Q3 2018.

The company reported quarterly revenue of $132.7 million on 90,713 ounces of gold sold. This compares to revenue of $110 million for Q3 2018.
