accounting question

I was looking at the KXL #'s on my Chartsmart software and noticed something slightly puzzling. We have 46 cents per share listed as cash, but our book value is just 51 cents. It seems very low to value the land package at a nickle, but maybe I am missing something as far as how golden carpeted moose pasture is valued. I understand that these #'s really don't mean anything as far as SP etc, but just curious.
