After burned more than 10 millions on drilling in 2008 without finding meaningful thickness (terrible NR Aug 1 2008), stock prices dived, management scared then started reserving cash.

Giving the cash on hand now $20M, we knew it was not spent mush on drilling in 2009, so if we expect a surprise discovery NR will be more hoping other than realistic.
