No new insiders will be created by this PP. That means existing insiders or small stakeholders will get this deal. Put together with Brians statement that stockholders will be "very pleased" with the SP in mid 2010, I think that this is an attempt by current insiders {Richardson et al} to average down. Perhaps with the intention of exiting their positions late 2010 , or will hold as they have been-patient-like the rest of us.
