TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – Vancouver-based Kodiak Exploration has changed its name to Prodigy Gold, effective from Friday afternoon, the firm said in a statement.
The company's shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new symbol, PDG, when markets open on Tuesday this week.
There is no consolidation of capital and no exchange of shares is required, the firm said.
The company is exploring for gold and uranium in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Quebec.
The firm bought another junior, Golden Goose Resources, last year.
