And after reading the annual report and the directors report wouldn't touch Coalspur with a stick..

Read the directors report starting on Page 22..jeez..they are paying each other tremendous bonuses..fees..salary's..and any other way they can get money out of the company..all on a $50 million credit note..they are a company set up by a bunch of coal people to make them selves rich..and there are tons of employees..all management and directors..it seems to me..this company is a bad joke..get out if you can.
