Message: The Pilot plant

Hello.

First, Id like to point out that I am posting this in both the HPQ and PYR forums as the question kind of relates to both public companies.

Im drawn to a paragraph in an article written by Andy Hoffman of the Globe and Mail on August 31st 2012 reporting on the Timminco story. The article can be found here and the segment of the article Im refering to is the following;

Rupert Merer, an analyst at National Bank Financial, recalls what happened next.

“They opened up some of the [plant] doors while we were sitting in the vehicle, so we could see the equipment through the doors. They did have one of the furnaces working, so you could see the glow of the flames inside the furnace. But that was as close as we got,” he says.

So the bus doors never opened?

“That’s right. We weren’t allowed off the bus.”

As you can see, one of the reasons that investors lost alot of money with Timminco was the apparant lack of full transparancy. There were rumors and accusations flying about the furnace and the lack of a fully transparant accounting of the construction and the process of production, Had investors known about the issues, they may have been spared the losses that were comming.

My question is the following:

So far the only visible proof of construction that we have is a Gantt chart and some press releases on the progress.

When will you invite media or other neutral third parties (Some scientists in the industry perhaps?) that can witness the progress, see the process and report back independant third party impressions to shareholders?

Can a series of photos/video, curated to protect intelectual properties, be produced showing the construction of the pilot plant?

If the Purevap is such a disruptive technology, why is it not being widely covered in industry trade magazines, on line forums or other industry related outlets?

Can someone be allowed "Off the bus" to poke around and publish a third party story on the progress?

Please do not get the impression I dont trust management, its not about trust, its about full transparancy.

Thank you and best regards;

Steven Lazaroff
