I tried emailing the company and got no response to this. In June 2015, the company filed a provisional patent for an improved 3D Powder Production Process and in September 2015, one for the Purevap system. Up until the 31 Mar 2016 financial reports, it said in the MD&A that the company would be filing a world-wide exclusive patent on the 3D powder process but never mentioned doing the same for Purevap. After that, there was no mention of either provisional patent again. Given that a non-provisional patent must be filed within 12 months of a provisional patent's filing, and we're well past that 12 month period, were non-provisional patents filed and when?
