Dear Dufjam,

 

We do not know how much Oxygen and Carbon remains in the produced Silicon simply because we do not measure for this.

 

The reason we do not test for these elements is because Purity is defined based on metallic impurities only.

As such, C and O2 levels have not been measured because our focus has been on the metallic contaminants which define ‘Purity”.
