Now please note that his question was after I had already replied to a poster and confirmed that the transaction was indeed subject to 4 months hold period...

As Peter clearly stated, answering questions on a forum is not part of our job description, and since we do it on our free time, it's really because we believe in this project, and trust me, those that that believe it's a failed science project are going to be proven wrong... 

And if you want to discuss more on why I say that then I suggest you ask that question on the HPQ Forum, and if we need to have Pyro input, I will gladly forward your questions to them.
