Message: Patent application, National phases...

Dear Peter.

Copied From Wikipedia “Patent Application”

Publication

Patent applications are generally published 18 months after the earliest priority date of the application. Prior to that publication, the application is confidential to the patent office. After publication, depending upon local rules, certain parts of the application file may remain confidential, but it is common for all communications between an Applicant (or his agent) and the patent office to be publicly available.

Based on the above, the PUREVAP patent strategy would presumably not be put at risk since each national offices communications between that office and the applicant (Pyrogenesis) is always made publicly available.

Since you have previously stated you are comfortable with the patent application, could you please provide the countries in which national phases have been entered, so that shareholders can follow the progress of the patent prosecution along with any other members of the public?

Alternately shareholders would need to search each country patent office to find this information (or not, if applications have not been filed).

Appreciate your clarity on this.

Best;
