You are correct, we are comfortable with the patent application, as well as with the countries that have been chosen, and where we are in each of those processes.   

I am not sure what a person would need to do to access the status within each jurisdiction, but what you suggest does make sense. 

With respect to our disclosing such, we would be reticent to do so as we feel that is not our prerogative even though, as you point out, it may be in the public domain. We would prefer, for relationship reasons, to leave that decision up to our client, HPQ (but I have a sneaky suspicion you knew that would be our position).   

I am not trying to be difficult, just respectful and mindful, that our client may have reasons not shared with us, as to what they want to reveal, when, and why
