Peter will surely answer dilligently your question as he always does. But read again the powder prodution section of the NR. You might find an explanation.

'(iii) entered into several NDA’s  with significant players in the industry (end users, printer manufacturers, and distributors) all with a view of providing sample orders, repeat orders, long term orders, contract R&D, and/or strategic partnerships for long term powder supply contracts, some with a view to a possible acquisition.'

So, some of signifiant players in the industry are showing interest to acquire PyroGenesis or its powder division. As a good management as PyroGenesis is, it is taking already taking care of its employees or insiders that have options by accelerating the vesting period. If they do not do that some people might lose money if PyroGenesis is sold. 

So this is very good news because it indicates that PyroGenesis has a powder division that is so promising that some of its potential offtakers wants to buy the division. That is a very bullish statement. No?
