Yes, we are a major shareholder in HPQ, and we are a company devoted to commercializing plasma processes. However, I am sure you can appreciate my reticence on taking on the task of becoming a stock analyst/commentator…. particularly of a client. 

Given our unique position with HPQ, and as such the potential to influence the market with our views, I believe any answers/comments, such as the ones you are asking for, should be reserved for general public comsumption (such as in a Press Release). Upon further reflection I think you might agree. 

Having said that, I do not think it would be out of line to confirm that the spinout did not figure prominently in our decision to invest; i.e. we would have invested with or without the spinout.
