I hope you and the rest of the team were able to rest over the holidays and wishing the entire team all the best in 2019. 

Great news today and it provides further validation to Pyro as being a world leader. Just two questions which I hope you can answer. 

First question relates to the plasma torch using water, does this have any current real world applications? It’s seems it would require much more energy than one using gas. (This is mostly for my own curiousity) 

Second question is somewhat hypothetical. Now that this news has been made public, if you had announced the Dec. 17 Private Placement today, would you be able to participate?
