Please forgive my constant annoyance, I promise this question isn't loaded. 

In regards to the RISE competition and the Iron Ore Pelletization. Would the plasma torch be used during the Induration process and thus eliminate the need for coal or coke as fuel?

Seems to me that should it prove to be successful, it would have substantial environmental benefits in the reduction of GHG in iron/steel production. As well as substantial financial benefits to the company who owns the patent that helped develope the technology.
