Regretfully, the answers to your questions have not been made public and as such I am precluded from answering them in the detail you are asking for.

On that note, your questions were in the back of my mind when we wrote the press release that came out this morning.  Although it does not answer all your questions, I hope it did manage to shed some light on the issue.
