Dear Octavius,

Good to hear from you again.  I do appreciate your interest in receiving an update.  As such I will work towards providing a small update with the next news item.

I do not think I am speaking out of turn by saying that all the items we were discussing in our Press Releases are moving forward in a positive fashion…if not I would have to press release that they were not.
