Hi Peter,

Congrats on the rececently signed Drosrite deal! I'm hoping there are more mega deals to come in the near future :-)

Regarding the plans to spin out Pyrogenisis Additive and also to uplist PYR to a more senior exchange, which of the two do you anticipate will happen first?
