My apologies, guess the wires got crossed,comparing the switch from selling AM  manufacturing system to producing and selling AM powder,with the switch from selling Drosrite systems to tolling dross. If i were to try to connect the dots ,i would say yes its related,the extended time frame i would contribute to the political climate change that complicated things.....My own Opinion.
