 Both countries are major global oil producers.  Thus competitors too & the frictions that go with that. Over the years the USA built up their shale oil production in their desire to be self sufficient. During this time & prior, the USA had been a large buyer of Saudi oil. Today not so much. The Drosrite deal is a money maker, wealth builder, for the smelters & thus in this case all good news for SA. SA has to build out their infrastructure away, more so than ever, from oil dependence as it is their major cash cow for the govt. & their people. Very hard for me to imagine their desire to ' shoot themselves in the foot '. by delaying this Drosrite upgrade.

 I would suggest all to review, if you haven't already, the most current NR of both Drosrite Intl & PYR on/about the payments. PYR already has started receiving the revenues & will continue so as they have hit & continue to hit the milestones reqd for these intial 4 payments. All very good for us Longs.
