Hello coldandrich...I thought I'd chime my interpretation of the news release. It  does not appear it is NPV of any kind of royalty stream etc.  Seems to be like  just a sale price of $3 million possibly more if things make economic sense.  I'm pretty sure after service,  maintenance, follow up, parts etc...will be an added revenue stream.  Just my educated guess.
