First of all I would like to thank you for doing a great job in creating shareholder wealth to us.

 I would like to know whether you took into consideration to do the bought deal after the first

order? Most probably the stock price would rise considerably, and hence, less shares would have to

be issued (less dilution).

I know you guys want to get to the TSX as fast as possible but I find it odd that the stock was

above $5 for a considerable amount of time and now at the 4 month low, the deal was done. Usually

deals are done after a great stock run which would occur after the first torch deal .
