Dear Ordos,

It has, or is, about to expire.

I am not aware of what happens to an NCIB on an up listing, I imagine it would stay in place, but I am not sure.  Bottom line: if we wanted to avail ourselves of this opportunity we would have to reapply if it has expired, or very soon if it hasn't.

I would be in favor of having this option available to the Company, but in the end the Board makes those decisions, not I.
