Thanks for posting.

I reviewed the article, and I must admit that I am rather surprised that the author would report that “…shareholders will now receive minor dividends…”.  We have never addressed dividends, and I may be going out on a limb here, but I do not think anyone has ever asked me the question. So, in short, I would have to say that the author was taking a liberty in making that assumption.  There are several additional comments/conclusions that I would have not have made without additional detail, but that is just me.
