It happens.;)

Looks like Tetronics main issue was they delivered a plasma furnace to a client that leaked molten metal. They ended up in a $10MM lawsuit that dragged out for years. The insurance company, Liberty Mutual, paid out the claim to the end client for the subsequent fire and smoke damage, but then the insurance company turned around and sued Tetronics. Then Tetronics and the client, with whom all was seemingly okay, got into a contract dispute on other replacement parts.  It all went to court, and Tetronics won in August 2020 after 6 years of litigation. Oddly, after zero activity and what looked to be an "all is lost" situation, their twitter account just recently indicated they have been restructuring, and have renamed as "Tetronics Technologies Limited".
