Accuracy of WSB's Short claim...?

I recently viewed a thread on the popular reddit message board, wallstreetbets, claiming that Pyrogenesis is being 30% shorted.

I've seen shorting figures discussed before. My impression is that because of Canadian securities ... loopholes ....? that the short report number might not or does not reflect the shares that are being shorted.

I don't mean to imply that this poster is right, or that there will be any kind of manic shortsqueeze, but the number has me thinking.

Is there any way to determine the actual % of shares being shorted? Is this stock still highly shorted based on NR's? Is there any accuracy to the poster's claim of 30% or did they make that number up completely.
