Teknically Tekna is irrelevant. In capitalist market the low cost producer wins. Pyro will sell powder's below Tekna's cost in time. In the words of Tony Seba, "markets is driven by your own selfish economics to get goods cheaper"

Peter recruited Tekna's former Executive VP and made him his right hand man and is in charge of PyroGenesis Additive. This gives Peter the advantage of knowing exactly what Tekna has while Tekna has no clue of NexGen or how economical it really is...
