No bad news or delays. I think there was expectation of material news announcements or deals that would be announced at the AGM.

By securities law, they cant materially disclose new business at an AGM. it's not considered public facing enough. So an NR in its traditional sense would be required. So even though there was no material announcement at the AGM, lots of interesting questions were answered and we could still get an NR aside from the AGM anytime. who knows.

And so, those expecting new announcements may be let down or decide to sell.

But honestly I think its just the manipulation we've seen before. It's the same pattern everytime.

A hard push down for the first 60-90 minutes and a sideways or slow push all day after they have established fear for the day. Everyone looks at -3 to -5% and says well im not buying yet and buying power just evaporates for the day.

It's the same stair step down pattern we've seen on about 30 different trading days since feb.

Meanwhile, fundamentally, full steam ahead. no surprises, no let downs, no negative change in business at all.
