Would it be fair to say the $32MM backlog you reference includes backlog inherited from AirSciences?

Given that the Q1 financials stated $30MM backlog, and Q2 fins referenced $8.3MM revenue GAAP (suggesting a reduction to $19.7MM backlog tally), the difference to $30MM+ would appear to include AirSciences stated $10MM backlog, yes?
