The follow up to the Paris enviromental meetings will be held in Scotland shortly. For a lot of the largest corporations making announcements about the things they plan to do to limit their GHG emissions making these announcements while the world is focused on the conference it would help them get into the news in a positive way, the same goes for countries trying to improve their enviromental record, which would be brought under fire especially if they have done nothing from what they had promised in Paris.

So with this conference coming up perhaps some of the anouncements have been delayed to help put the buyers in a good light, plus there is a lot of uncertainty with the budget debates in US. 

PYR is still a new company and I expect to have more announcements like yesterday in the future as the company structures their operations to best manage the different divisions.
