RE:Peter selling 750K more shares

Just a thought doing some Saturday mathematics:

Pyro just purchased 3.6 million HPQ shares at .53 = $1.9 million .

$1,900,000 divided by say a PYR share price of $2.53 = approximately 750,000 shares.

Result:
 Pyro gets the money back and 3.6 million HPQ purchase warrants at 60 cents for free.
 HPQ gets 750k shares of Pyro ($2 million in equity) for free. 

Just coincidence or  end around ? Or?Comments/reasoning welcome.
