Good Morning Mr Pascali

I have only had a quick review of you Q3 financials. Can you please clarify the revenues . In section 5 you show a revenue of 5,657,783 of which 4,243,138 is purevap and further broken down as a 3.6 million Sale of intellectual properties.

Can you advise the investors of what this IP sale relates to as I understand HPQ has fully paid for the IP for the PUREVAP. HPQ Q2 only shows liabilities for the royalties and shows no outstanting liabilitys for IP and can find no press releases for further sales.
