SPQ and KWG being taken out is no surprise and there will not be a bidding war over them. They were already in the back pocket of Cliffs so this is just a formal agreement on pricing.

QRM is a different story as countries are racing to secure a supply of REE and HREE for the future green movement. A recent high over $4.00 was hit and at that time Kaiser said it could double from that point. There were to be two major announcement coming up; one in June and the next in July.
