IMHO as soon as OPEC announces that they are only cutting access capacity ( 500-750,000 boe) at today's meeting and that they want oil prices between 90-100 boe, this will signal the basement for most oil stocks . It will also signal investors that the reduced premiums that oil stocks have been trading at this past year will not be around for long as a firm oil price of 90-100 boe is here to stay. Investors will be selective when coming back into the market and will be looking for stocks with the most upside in the short term because of losses sustained over the past 4 months so QEC is one of the stocks that will be bought in the feeding frenzy. Afterall, all QEC needs is $20 boe oil price or 3.50 NG prices to go forward with the project in the Lowlands.
