I'm not familiar with any of this. Can you clarify who "hits the bid down with a bunch of shares..."? Investors were buying even with the dropping sp today. The timing of the PP offering announcement confuses me relative to the halt. It strikes me some may have been burnt short term. Who knew what when and who drove the sp down? Also I thought all announcements had to be done when markets were closed. Did the announcement come out during trading?
