AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - June 7, 2011) - Further to a press release dated June 2, 2011, the Concerned Shareholders of RX Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RXE) (OTCQX:RXEXF) ("RX Exploration" or the "Company"), Bob Bannerman, Mike Gunsinger, Murray Nye and Max Polinsky (the "Concerned Shareholders") are pleased to announce that today the Ontario Superior Court ordered that:

the annual general meeting scheduled for today be adjourned to July 6, 2011 (the "Meeting");

the original record date (April 29, 2011) remains the same;

the Meeting on July 6, 2011 will be chaired by an independent Chair;

mining operations are to continue in the normal course of business; and

any matters out of the normal course of business will go to the full board with normal notice, without prejudice to any board member(s) seeking the Court's intervention or direction in relation to matters out of the ordinary course.

In addition, no shares, options or warrants will be issued to the proposed board members referred to in the Company's press release of June 6, 2011 unless and until those individuals are elected to the board.

The Court strongly encouraged the parties to work together cooperatively and in a manner that advances the interests of shareholders until the new board is elected.

The Concerned Shareholders are also pleased to announce that they now have more than 50% of the issued and outstanding shares supporting their slate of directors.

The Concerned Shareholders advise that Shareholders who have already voted their GOLD proxy should take NO ACTION with respect to any new proxies received from the Company.

"We urge shareholders to continue to vote their support for the Concerned Shareholders for the shareholders' meeting to be held on July 6, 2011." said Murray Nye.
