Red Emperor is a JV partner with Range Resources in both Republic of Greogia and in Puntland Somolia. In Puntland they hold 20% each and Horn Petrolium holds 60%....Horn is controlled by African Oil (AOI) with 51%. AOI is also in Kenya.
