The shares are trading above the unit offering so that has to be a good sign. I don't know why they need all of $11mm, the share dillution is a heavy blow, it would seem to me with increasing sales and the resulting decreasing in the cash burn rate $5mm or $6mm would have been plenty to take us to next year so I am thinking that they are into a major expansion of production and/or new product developement. That would be good news which would benefit the shareholders for the sacrifices that are being made in dillution. I think RBM has finally got it's motor running and is finding some traction.
