I own shares of PWT.TO Penn West Petroleum, but it also trades on the NYSE under the symbol PWE.....but the stock I own is traded in Canada so no US tax implications. Same here unless RVX decides to list exclusively on an American exchange.....right now you can buy TSX listed RVX or US otc listed RVXCF. A Naz listing would simply replace the otc listing.
