SanFran, excellent point and I agree. Also, if Hepalink is completed and then Don layers in the next regional deal (he's used the words regional deals various times and has also used partnerships for both RVX and Zenith if I recall - even though Don has said these things in the past it is now being done!!!) it adds that much more value and improves the negotiating power with BP...IMHO.
