Being a public company has its benefits....but it also has its responsibilities. I have little doubt in my own mind that we, the retail shareholders, are seen as something of a pain the posterior...you've got the Darts, the Hepas with their seats at the table. And the executives all have their employee options....and I imagine we're seen as whiny little (insert whatever word you want) who demand attention even though there might be individuals with just hundreds or a few thousands in play.
Well...if you want the benefits of being public you also have a fiduciary responsibility to the blearcher crowd too.
