BDAZ - Like you I found the wording of the 23 Feb release challenging to interpret. I have chosen, rightly or wrongly to interpret as the IND was filed on 23 Feb and am now waiting (impatiently) for the 30 day waiting period to pass. If I am correct in this interpretation this could literally be the beginning of the launch into the stratosphere for our share price.IMO
