BDAZ - Thanks for that blog post, I think. It brought back a plethora of emotions and memories, some of which I would prefer or forget. I vividly remember the glowing report that Dr Nichols gave at the AGM that year followed by the slamming report he gave in camera at the ACC meeting in Nov. what scares me just a little is that this same Dr Nichols is on the BETonMACE steering committee
