Koo and Chic - I am definitely talking about 80% of a 5 to 10 billion dollar deal. Haven't got time right now to get the example for you but will later today if someone doesn't beat me to it. The CVR I will be looking for happened last fall and someone posted it here on this board. That is one of a few deals I have seen in the past. The numbers fit almost identically in each case. An initial jump to around 80% followed by a slight increase over the next week or so then followed by either an increase to 90/95% of the deal price or a drop to 50/60% of of deal price.

If someone remembers the CRV posted on this board in the fall of 2016 please mention it and save me looking it up.
