Cannot edit msg. above,  but I gather this is a small indication and that it is a treatment method or use patent...still reading but not clear yet whether they can actually market anything if they get it, and RVX could opt challenge them or not then, or whether they would have to deal with RVX first.

Also whether this would actually preclude RVX seeking and receiving approval for that use.

And whether there is reason or incentive or risk of Pfizer or someone else whittling away at other (further) indications in the same fashion.... not that all could necessarily even get approval before it's generic, given that nearly 10 of the 20 years are gone.

It seems that most see this as good news, and I can get that it might be. Just trying to consider potential down sides, if any...
