DND, I would like to know what you think Hepalink's reason for not wanting a deal to go through would be.  If Eastern was to end up with the IP it has collateral claim to, RVX would go bankrupt and Hepalink would lose their investment and have a worthless licensing agreement so where is their motivation to stand in the way of a deal?  To me Hepalink has more motivation than anyone to want to see a big pharma deal as it means the IP will be in the hands of pockets deep enough to see this through to the end as quickly as possible and Hepalink in turn would have a product to sell.  I think Hepalink's licensing deal is probably what they prize the most in their investment.
