Fourman. I couldn't tell you. I didn't speculate. They have the power to vote yes or no to any deal. To assume that they would always vote yes on the deal no mater what it was, would be as silly as assuming they would always vote no, no matter what the deal was. I couldn't be sure what a group of men in a board room in china want for their company. 

The assumption that you are making certainly is a plausible one I would agree. Nothing seems to be for sure though, that is for sure. 

I think we could agree though that time is limited here for two kicks at the cat, given the time it takes to organize a vote. It would appear that one kick is all they/we are going to get. Hope it's a good one.
